Mushrooms, sliced 2-1/2 lbs.
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Clarified butter 1/2 cup
Parsley, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Salt 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Dry white wine 1 cup


  1. Sauté mushrooms and garlic in butter.
  2. Add parsley, salt, TABASCO® Sauce and wine.
  3. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
