Onion, finely chopped 1/3 cup
Garlic, crushed 2 cloves
Pimiento, finely chopped 1/3 cup
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Artichoke hearts, cooked 1 lb.+ 6 oz. 48 ea.


  1. Combine onion, garlic, pimiento, vinegar, oil, TABASCO® Sauce and salt.
  2. Add artichokes and chill several hours.

Yield: 12 servings
