Canned refried beans 1-1/2 lbs.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
8" flour tortillas
Red bell pepper, finely chopped 1-1/2 ea.
Cilantro, chopped 3/8 cup
Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded 3/4 lb.


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. In medium bowl, combine refried beans and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and mix well. Spread bean mixture on each tortilla to 1/2" of edge; sprinkle with red bell peppers, cilantro and shredded cheese. Place tortillas on large cookie sheets.
  2. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas are golden around the edges.
  3. To serve, cut into wedges.

Yield: 12 servings
