CANADIAN BACON AND MUSHROOM EGG BAKE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Canadian bacon, sliced and diced 9 oz. 1 cup
Sautéed sliced mushrooms 12 oz. 2 cups
Provolone cheese, sliced 6 oz. -
TABASCO® Egg Bake Base - 3 quarts

Method

  1. Spray 12-12 oz. ramekins with food release spray. Add 3/4 oz. Canadian bacon, 1 oz. mushrooms, and 1/2 oz. cheese to each ramekin.
  2. Ladle 1 cup TABASCO® Egg Bake Base into each ramekin.
  3. Bake the filled ramekins in a 350°F. oven for 45 minutes or until the eggs set. Cool and refrigerate until needed.
  4. To reheat, microwave each ramekin for three minutes on high power.
