TABASCO®-FLAVORED EGG BAKE BASE

Ingredients Weight Measure
All-purpose flour 2 oz. 3/8 cup
Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp.
Eggs, beaten 34 oz. 17 ea.
Butter, melted 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Cottage cheese 24 oz. 3 cups
Cream 24 oz. 3 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 6 oz. 3/4 cup

Method

  1. Combine flour and baking powder. Add slowly to the eggs. Add the melted butter, cottage cheese, cream and TABASCO® Sauce. Mix well.
  2. Hold refrigerated until needed.

Yield: 12 servings (12 cups)
