HOT 'N' SPICY COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIZZA

Eggs, extra large 6 ea.
Prepared pizza dough round, 14" 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp.
Sausage gravy 12 oz. 1-1/2 cup
Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend** 4 oz. 1 cup
Tomatoes, diced optional
Green onions, chopped optional

Method

  1. Cook the eggs loosely, so that there is still some liquid, but enough so that the eggs do not run - do not cook the eggs to dryness.
  2. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Brush with TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Spread 1-1/2 cups sausage gravy, leaving a 1/2" border around the edge. Spread eggs evenly over gravy; then top with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 500°F for 12 minutes.*** Allow to cool slightly; cut into 12 slices. Garnish with diced tomatoes and/or green onions, as desired.

Yield: 1 14-inch pizza
