Chicken breast meat, cooked, diced 12 oz. 3 cups
Prepared tomato salsa 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 4 Tbsp.
Eggs, beaten 24 oz. 12 ea.
Flour tortillas 12 ea.
Cheddar cheese, grated 6 oz. 1 cup
Prepared guacamole 12 oz. 2 cups


  1. Combine the chicken breast meat, salsa and the TABASCO® Sauce. Saut├ę until the ingredients are hot and the excess liquid evaporates. Hold warm.
  2. For each serving, ladle 2 oz. egg into a nonstick omelet pan and cook the egg omelet style until it sets.
  3. Place the omelet onto a flour tortilla, and ladle 2 oz. chicken mixture, 1/2 oz. cheese and 1 oz. guacamole down the center of the omelet. Roll the omelet inside the tortilla, burrito style.
