Ingredients Weight Measure
Pork breakfast sausage 1 lb. -
Flour 4 oz. 1/4 cup
Milk - 1 1/2 to 2 cups
Salt and pepper - to taste


  1. Break up sausage into small pieces and place in saucepan. Brown sausages over medium heat. Do not drain oil. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Add 1 1/2 cups of milk and bring to a boil. If mixture is too thick, slowly add 1/2 cup milk. Gravy should still maintain a thick consistency.
