SMOKY TABASCO® SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BAKE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Sweet Italian sausage, removed from casing, chopped, and cooked 12 oz. 2 1/2 cups
Cheddar cheese, grated 6 oz. 1 cup
TABASCO® Egg Bake Base - 3 quarts

Method

  1. Spray 12 12-oz. ramekins with food release spray. Add 1 oz. of the sausage and 1/2 oz. of the cheese to each ramekin.
  2. Ladle 1 cup TABASCO® Egg Bake Base into each ramekin.
  3. Bake the filled ramekins in a 350°F. oven for 45 minutes or until the eggs set. Cool and refrigerate until needed.
  4. To reheat, microwave each ramekin for three minutes on high power.
