GREEN PEPPER–APRICOT WING SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Apricot jam 15 oz. 1-7/8 cups
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 14 oz. 1-3/4 cups
Fresh lime juice 3 oz. 6 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Combine apricot jam, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and lime juice.
  2. Hold refrigerated until needed.

Yield: 1 quart (for approximately 12 lbs. chicken wings)
