SMOKE WING SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 16 oz. 2 cups
Melted butter 16 oz. 2 cups
Liquid Smoke® 1/2 oz. 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients with a whip in a bowl until well mixed.
  2. Hold aside until needed.

Yield: 1 quart (for approximately 12 lbs. chicken wings)
