CHINESE BARBECUE WING SAUCE

TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 17 oz. 2 cups + 2 Tbsp.
Hoisin sauce, prepared 9 oz. 1 cup + 2 Tbsp.
Melted butter 5 oz. 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Combine TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce, hoisin sauce and butter.
  2. Hold refrigerated until needed.

Yield: 1 quart (for approximately 12 lbs. chicken wings)
