GREEN PEPPER–LIME WING SAUCE (Cooked Version)

TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Corn syrup 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Fresh lime juice 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Cornstarch 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Fresh cilantro, chopped 4 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Whisk together TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, corn syrup, lime juice and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil one minute. Remove from heat; add cilantro.
  2. Hold refrigerated until needed.

Yield: 1 quart (for approximately 12 lbs. chicken wings)
