HABANERO APRICOT WING SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Apricot jam 10 oz. 1-1/4 cups
Melted butter 10 oz. 1-1/4 cups
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 7 oz. 7/8 cup
Apple cider vinegar 5 oz. 5/8 cup

Method

  1. Combine apricot jam, butter, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Hold refrigerated until needed.

Yield: 1 quart (for approximately 12 lbs. chicken wings)
