BASIC CHICKEN BROTH

Ingredients Weight Measure
Strong, unseasoned chicken stock 4 qt.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.

Method

  1. Heat stock to boiling.
  2. Add salt and TABASCO® Sauce.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes.

Yield: approx. 1 gallon
