GAZPACHO

Ingredients Weight Measure
Vegetable juice cocktail 46 oz. each 6 cans
Olive oil 3 cups
Wine vinegar 3 cups
Sweet pepper flakes 1-1/2 cups
Instant minced onion 1-1/2 cups
Salt 3 Tbsp.
Garlic powder 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Celery sticks, for garnish
Chopped green onions, for garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except garnishes with electric blender or mixer.
  2. Chill thoroughly.
  3. Garnish with celery sticks and green onions.

Yield: 50 3/4-cup servings
