CHILLED MONGOL SOUP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Condensed green pea soup 106 oz. 2 cans
Condensed tomato soup 102 oz. 2 cans
Water 3-1/2 qts.
Onion powder 5 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 tsp.
Garlic powder 1 tsp.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients with electric blender or mixer.
  2. Bring soup to boil and reduce to a simmer, stirring often to prevent scorching.
  3. Chill thoroughly.

Yield: 50 3/4-cup servings
