BASIC VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients Weight Measure
White wine vinegar 1 qt.
Dry mustard 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2-1/2 tsp.
Salt 2 tsp.
Vegetable oil 3 qt.

Method

  1. Mix together vinegar, mustard, TABASCO® Sauce and salt.
  2. Blend in oil. Cover. Let stand at least 24 hours at room temperature before serving.

Yield: Approx. 1 gallon
