Mango, peeled 8 oz. 1 ea.
Red onions, diced 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Pineapple chunks 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Red pepper, diced 1-1/2 oz. 1/3 cup
Parsley, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Brown sugar 1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.
Cider vinegar 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp.


  1. To prepare salsa, combine mango, onions, pineapples, red pepper, parsley, brown sugar, vinegar and TABASCO® Sauce in a food processor. Pulse for 20 seconds or until the fruits are minced but not pureed.
