Prepared mayonnaise 24 oz. 3 cups
Sweet red pepper, small dice 3 oz. 1/2 cup
Capers, drained 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Sweet relish, drained 3 oz. 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Parsley, dried 1 Tbsp.


  1. Combine mayonnaise, red peppers, capers, sweet relish, TABASCO® Sauce and parsley. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate.

Yield: 1 quart

Recommendations: Perfect for burgers or steaks or as a seafood sauce.
