Tomatoes, minced 12 oz. 3 cups
Onions, minced 2 oz. 1/2 cup
Cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Lime juice 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Prepared horseradish 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Salt to taste


  1. Combine tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, horseradish, TABASCO® Sauce and salt to taste; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.

Yield: 1 quart

Recommendations: Use as a ceviche base, toss with a seafood salad or top crab cakes.
