Fresh papaya, diced 4 oz. 1 cup
Fresh pineapple, diced 4 oz. 1 cup
Red onion, diced 4 oz. 1 cup
Canned black beans, drained and rinsed 6 oz. 1 cup
Lime juice 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Pineapple juice 4 oz. 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 1/4 cup


  1. Combine the papayas, pineapples, red onions, black beans, lime juice, pineapple juice and TABASCO® Sauce. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate.

Yield: 1 quart

Recommendations: Use as a topping for fish or grilled meats; add diced red pepper for additional color.
