EGG SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Basic white sauce - 1 gal.
Hard boiled eggs, chopped - 12
Capers - 1 cup
Chopped chives - 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Simmer 5 minutes, until heated through. Serve hot.

Yield: Approx. 1 gallon
