Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 3 lbs.
Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 3/8 cup
Lime juice 3/8 cup
Salt 2-1/4 tsp.
Celery stalks, sliced 9 ea.
Green bell pepper, chopped 3 ea.
Avocado, small, peeled and sliced 3 ea.
Green apple, cored, cut into 1/2" chunks 3 ea.
Green seedless grapes 3 cups
Lettuce leaves as needed


  1. In a 10" skillet, place chicken breasts and enough water to cover breasts. Over high heat, heat to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, blend mayonnaise, milk, TABASCO® Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce, lime juice and salt until smooth.
  3. When chicken is cool, cut into 1/2" chunks. In large bowl, toss chicken with celery, green pepper, avocado, apple, grapes and mayonnaise mixture until well combined. Spoon salad onto lettuce-lined platter, if desired.
