TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3/4 oz. 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Mayonnaise 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Prepared pizza dough round, 14" 1 ea.
TABASCO® Olive Oil* 3/4 oz. 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Iceberg lettuce, shredded 6 oz. 4 cups
Prepared vinaigrette 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Red onion, sliced 1/8" 3/4 oz. 1/3 cup
Tomato, sliced 1/4" 4 oz. 5 slices
Bacon, cooked, 1/2" dice 1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp.


  1. Combine TABASCO® Sauce and mayonnaise. Reserve until needed.
  2. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Brush with the TABASCO® Olive Oil. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 7 minutes. Brush the cooked pizza crust with the TABASCO® Olive Oil. Cool; reserve until needed.
  3. To assemble the pie, spread the crust with the TABASCO® mayonnaise, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Toss lettuce with vinaigrette and place on top of crust. Arrange red onion, tomato and bacon on the lettuce. Cut into 8 slices.

Yield: 4 Servings

*TABASCO® Olive Oil -Yield: 1 quart. Combine 6- 1/2 oz. Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce and 25-1/2 oz. of olive oil. Reserve until needed.
