TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/3 Tbsp.
Ricotta cheese 7 oz.
Basil, dried 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste
Pizza, prepared, 14" 1 ea.
Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained 1-1/2 oz.
Tomato, diced 1 cup
Zucchini, quartered 1/2 cup
Onion, diced 1/2 cup
Green pepper, julienne 3/4 cup
Red pepper, julienne 3/4 cup
Oregano, dried 1/2 tsp.


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine TABASCO® Sauce, ricotta cheese, basil and salt. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen, docking well. Spread the TABASCO® Sauce and ricotta mixture across the dough, leaving a 1" border.
  3. Top with spinach, tomatoes, zucchinis, onions, peppers and oregano.
  4. Bake for 7 minutes, allow it to cool slightly and slice into 8 pieces.

Yield: 1 14-inch pizza
