BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA

Prepared pizza sauce 6 oz. 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 4 oz. 1/4 cup
Sour cream 3 oz. 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 3 oz. 1/4 cup
Bleu cheese crumbles 1-1/2 oz. 1/3 cup
Prepared pizza dough 1 ea. (8-12 oz.)
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 5 oz. 1-1/4 cup
Chicken breast, cooked sliced 6 oz. 1-1/2 cup

Method

  1. Combine the pizza sauce and half of TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce. Reserve.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise, and bleu cheese crumbles.
  3. Roll out pizza dough until 1/4-inch thick and lay over oiled pizza screen. Coat dough in a thin layer of prepared sauce, leaving 1/3-inch for crust all the way around.
  4. Generously layer shredded mozzarella over the top; then lay sliced chicken over pizza.
  5. Bake in 450°F pre-heated oven 8 minutes and remove pizza from oven. Spoon bleu cheese, TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce and sour cream mixture generously over the top. Cut into 8 slices.
