CHICKEN TOSTADA PIZZA

TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.
Black beans, drained 3 oz. 1/2 cup
Prepared pizza dough round, 14" 1 each
Prepared pizza sauce 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Tomato, diced 2 oz. 1/2 cup
Cooked chicken breast, diced 3 oz. 3/4 cup
Red onion, sliced 1 oz. 1/4 cup
Iceberg lettuce, shredded 3 oz. 2 cups
Fried corn tortilla strips, optional 1 oz.

Method

  1. Combine TABASCO® Sauce and black beans. Reserve until needed.
  2. Place the dough on an oiled screen. Dock the dough well. Top with the prepared sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Spread the cheese over the sauce and top with the bean mixture, tomatoes, chicken and red onions. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 slices. Place lettuce in a mound in the center of the pizza. Top the lettuce with tortilla strips.
