TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce* 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Prepared pizza dough round, 14" 1 ea.
Prepared pizza sauce 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Pepperoni, sliced thin 1-1/2 oz. 25 slices
Sausage, cooked, crumbled 1-1/2 oz. 1/2 cup
Green pepper strips 2 oz. 1/3 cup
Onion, diced 1-1/2 oz. 1/3 cup


  1. Fill a squeeze bottle with TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce. Reserve until needed.
  2. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Spread with the TABASCO® pizza sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Spread the cheese over the sauce and top with pepperoni, sausage, green pepper strips and onions. Squeeze 1 oz. TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce over pizza. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 7 minutes. Squeeze the remaining 1 oz. of TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce over pizza. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 slices.

Yield: 1 14-inch pizza

*TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce may be substituted for garlic flavor; decrease amount of TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce by 1/2 oz., increase pizza sauce 1/2 oz.
