TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce, divided 1-1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp.
Prepared tartar sauce 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Prepared pizza dough round, 14" 1 ea.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 6 oz. 1-3/4 cups
Fried clams*, frozen 2 oz.
Red pepper, diced 1 oz. 1/4 cup
Green pepper, diced 1 oz. 1/4 cup
Onion, diced 1 oz. 1/4 cup


  1. Combine TABASCO® Sauce and tartar sauce. Reserve until needed.
  2. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Top with 5 oz. reserved sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and top with the fried clams, peppers and onions. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 7 minutes. Drizzle remaining 2-1/2 oz. sauce on top of the pizza. Allow to cool slightly; cut into 8 slices.

Yield: 1 14-inch pizza

*Fried chicken, shrimp, oysters or catfish can be substituted for fried clams.
