TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp
Prepared horseradish, drained 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Prepared pizza sauce 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Prepared pizza dough round, 14" 1 ea.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Tomato, sliced 4 oz. 5 slices
Medium shrimp, cooked, cut in half lengthwise 3 oz. 5 ea.
Parsley, chopped 2 tsp.


  1. Combine TABASCO® Pepper Sauce, horseradish and pizza sauce. Reserve until needed.
  2. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Top with the reserved sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Spread the mozzarella over the sauce and top with the tomatoes and shrimp. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 7 minutes; sprinkle with parsley. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 slices. Serve with shrimp cocktail dipping sauce on the side.
