Ham, diced 3 oz.
Onion, diced 3 oz.
Green pepper, diced 3 oz.
Eggs, 6 extra large* 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Prepared pizza dough round, 14" 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp.
Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend 4 oz. 1 cup


  1. Combine the ham, onions and green peppers and sauté until onions become translucent. Will yield approximately 1 cup.
  2. Scramble the eggs loosely, so that there is still some liquid, but enough so that the eggs do not run—do not cook to dryness.
  3. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen (use your standard dough). Dock the dough well. Brush with TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Spread eggs evenly on dough, leaving a 1/2" border around the edge; then top with ham, onion and pepper mix, and then cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 500°F for 12 minutes.** Allow to cool slightly; cut into 12 slices.
