Puréed Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce (see recipe) - 1 cup
Large clams in shells - 4
Raw shrimp, unshelled - 3
Lobster, split 1-1/4 lb. -
Sea scallops - 4
Unpuréed Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce - 1 cup
Parsley, chopped - garnish


  1. Place 1 cup of puréed Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce in an individual casserole dish. Arrange clams in casserole. Cover.
  2. Bake in 400°F. oven 5 minutes. Add shrimp and lobster. Cover.
  3. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes. Add scallops. Top with 1 cup of unpuréed Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce. Return to oven 5 to 10 minutes until all seafood is tender and cooked.
  4. Serve in covered dish sprinkled with chopped parsley to garnish.
