Mayonnaise Sauce

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mayonnaise 2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Honey 2 Tbsp.
Celery seed 1 tsp.
Fennel seed, crushed 1/2 tsp.
Caraway seed 1/2 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Black pepper 1/2 tsp.

Flour tortillas, 10" 12 ea.
Lump crabmeat 1-1/2 lbs. 3 cups
Plum tomatoes, diced 1 lb. 3 cups
Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and sliced thin 1 lb. 3 cups
Avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced 1/4" thick 2 ea.
Alfalfa sprouts 2 oz. 1 pt.


  1. In medium bowl, combine Mayonnaise Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Slightly warm tortillas to make them pliable. For each serving, spread 1-1/2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise Sauce over each tortilla. On the lower half of the tortilla, place 1/4 cup each crabmeat, tomatoes and cucumbers. Top with 2 slices avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Roll tortilla to close and cut in half.
