Ingredients Weight Measure
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Green onions, sliced 6 oz. 2 cups
Red bell peppers, diced 10 oz. 2 cups
Fresh garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Fresh ginger, minced 1 Tbsp.
Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and diced 3 lbs.
Unsweetened coconut, grated, fresh or dry 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/3 cup
Soy sauce 1/2 cup
Sherry 1/2 cup


  1. In large sauté pan, heat vegetable oil. Sauté green onions, red peppers, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add coconut, TABASCO® Sauce, soy sauce and sherry and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
