CREOLE PEPPER-GARLIC MAYONNAISE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mayonnaise 3 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Lime juice 3 Tbsp.
Red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped 3 ea.
Garlic cloves, roasted and chopped 1/2 cup
Green onions, sliced 1/2 cup
Fresh cilantro 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste

Method

  1. In food processor, combine all ingredients. Pulse-process until smooth.
  2. Serve as dipping sauce with Grilled Swordfish.

Yield: 3 cups
