FIERY SWEET HONEY-GLAZED TROUT

Ingredients Weight Measure
Honey 3 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 4 Tbsp.
Trout fillets 12 ea.
Black pepper, freshly ground to taste

Method

  1. Mix honey and TABASCO® Sauce. Brush over top of trout. Broil trout for 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
  2. Serve on a mound of wild rice and encircle with sautéed spinach.
