TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Garlic powder 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Ground cumin 1-1/2 tsp.
Thyme leaves 3/4 tsp.
Ground allspice 3/8 tsp.
Olive oil 3 Tbsp.
Pork loin chops, 1/2" thick, boneless 3 lbs.
Water 1-1/2 cups


  1. In a small bowl, combine TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, garlic powder, salt, cumin, thyme and allspice. Spread mixture on both sides of pork chops.
  2. In 12" skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chops until well-browned on all sides. Add water to skillet, heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are tender.
