Ingredients Weight Measure
Ground beef 10 lbs.
Breadcrumbs 2 cups
Eggs 6 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce, divided 2 Tbsp.
Water 1-1/2 qts.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Parmesan cheese, grated 8 oz.
Onions, chopped 1 lb., 4 oz.
Green peppers, chopped 1 lb., 4 oz.
Vegetable oil 1 cup
Tomato sauce 2 gals.
Oregano, crushed 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Sugar 2 Tbsp.
Spaghetti as needed
Parsley, for garnish as needed
Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish as needed


  1. Combine beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce, water, salt and Parmesan cheese. Shape into 4-oz. oval patties. Grill or broil.
  2. Sauté onions and green peppers in oil. Add tomato sauce, oregano, 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce, salt and sugar. Simmer for 1 hour.
  3. For each serving, arrange cooked spaghetti on serving plate. Place cooked steak on spaghetti. Top with sauce. Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
