Dough 4-1/2 oz.
Ricotta cheese 2 oz. 3 Tbsp.
Sweet Italian sausage, sliced 6 oz. 1 cup
Roasted red peppers 1/4 cup
Mozzarella cheese 4 oz. 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/2 oz. 1 Tbsp.


  1. Pull dough into a square about 1/4" to 1/2" thick. Place all ingredients, in the following order, on one side of the dough, leaving a 1/2" border: ricotta cheese, sausage, peppers, Mozzarella cheese and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Fold the other half of the dough over the top and seal the edges well. Make two diagonal slits in the top about 1-1/2" long to release steam. Bake at 500°F for 12 minutes.* Serve with a side of tomato sauce.
