Mayonnaise 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup
Dry breadcrumbs 1-1/2 cups
Parmesan cheese, grated 1-1/2 cups
Fresh parsley, chopped 3 Tbsp.
Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 3 lbs.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In pie plate, combine mayonnaise and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. In a second plate, mix breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley.
  2. Dip each chicken breast into mayonnaise mixture, then into breadcrumb mixture to coat well. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is golden.
