SHRIMP A BAIANA

Raw shrimp - 6
Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce, puréed (see recipe) - 1 cup
Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce, unpuréed - 1 cup
Parsley, chopped - -

Method

  1. Place 1 cup puréed sauce in an individual casserole dish. Place shrimp in casserole, top with 1 cup of unpuréed sauce. Cover.
  2. Bake in a 425°F. oven 15 minutes until shrimp are tender but firm and sauce is bubbly.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Yield: 1 serving
