Hot Italian sausage 3 lbs.
Red bell pepper, large 3 ea.
Green bell pepper, large 3 ea.
Yellow bell pepper, large 3 ea.
Onions, medium 3 ea.
Dried oregano leaves, crumbled 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1-1/2 tsp.
Water 3/4 cup


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage 15 minutes or until browned on all sides, turning occasionally and pricking with a fork. Meanwhile, cut peppers into 1/2" slices; cut onions in half and cut each half into 1/2" slices.
  2. Remove sausage to a cutting board. In drippings remaining in skillet, cook peppers and onions about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. When sausage is cool enough to handle, cut into 1" slices and add to skillet. Stir in oregano, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, salt and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.
