Ingredients Weight Measure
Cooked, sliced turkey
Herb-seasoned stuffing 5 lbs.
Ripe olives, coarsely chopped 1 qt.
Pimiento, coarsely chopped 2 cups
Butter or margarine, melted 8 oz.
Chicken broth or water 2 qts.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce, divided 2 Tbsp.
Brown gravy (prepared according to package directions) 2-1/2 qts.


  1. Combine and lightly toss stuffing, olives, pimientos, butter or margarine, broth or water and 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce.
  2. Place in oiled baking pan. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare gravy and add 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Sauce.
  4. For each serving, place 3 oz. stuffing on serving plate. Arrange 3 1-oz. slices of cooked turkey over stuffing. Top with 2 oz. seasoned brown gravy.

Yield: 2 gallons stuffing, 2-1/2 quarts gravy
