Dijon-style mustard 2/3 cup
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Fresh herbs, mixed, chopped 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 tsp.
Vegetable oil 1-1/2 cups

Spice Mixture

Garlic, minced 2 oz. 6 Tbsp.
Cajun seafood spice mixture 1-1/2 oz. 6 Tbsp.
Ground red pepper 1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp.
Salt 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.


  1. To prepare Herb Marinade, combine onions, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, herbs and TABASCO® Sauce in bowl; whisk in oil gently, a little at a time, until smooth.
  2. To prepare Spice Mixture, combine garlic, Cajun spice mixture, red pepper, salt and TABASCO® Sauce in small bowl. Cover; let stand at least 1 hour before using.
  3. To prepare, place catfish fillet on sizzle platter. Brush each with 2 Tbsp. Herb Marinade and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. Spice Mixture. Place under broiler and broil until golden and fish is cooked through.
