Ingredients Weight Measure
Lean ground beef 4-1/2 lbs.
Red onions, diced 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Green bell peppers, diced 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/3 cup
Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp.
Salt 2 tsp.
Black pepper 1/4 tsp.
Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Sesame seed buns 12 ea.


  1. In large bowl, combine ground beef, onions, peppers, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Divide mixture into 12 portions. Make an indentation in the middle of each burger. Fill center with 1 Tbsp. Monterey Jack cheese. Cover cheese with hamburger so that cheese is concealed in the center.
  3. Heat grill; cook burgers for 7-8 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 180°F is reached.
  4. Serve on sesame seed buns with pickles and chips.
