CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Prepared chocolate mousse 96 oz. 12 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 4 Tbsp.
Praline pieces 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Whipped cream as needed

Method

  1. To prepare the chocolate mousse, combine mousse and TABASCO® Sauce just until blended. For each serving, pipe into a 12-oz. stemmed glass. Top with 1 oz. praline and whipped cream.
