Prepared raspberry sauce 28 oz. 2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 4 Tbsp.
Whipped cream as needed
Chocolate cake cubes, 1" x 1" 36 oz. 72 ea.
Prepared chocolate mousse 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups


  1. To prepare the raspberry sauce, combine raspberry sauce and TABASCO® Sauce. Hold.
  2. To assemble each trifle, layer the bottom of a 12-oz. stemmed glass with 1 oz. reserved raspberry sauce, whipped cream, 6 cake cubes and 1 oz. mousse. Then drizzle 2-1/2 oz. reserved raspberry sauce over the cake. Top with more whipped cream.
