Ingredients Weight Measure
Milk 1/2 cup
Cinnamon stick, medium 1 ea.
Orange peel strip, from small orange 1 ea.
Cloves, whole 4 ea.
Vanilla extract 2 tsp.
Sweetened condensed milk, canned 14 oz. 1 can
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Heavy cream, whipped 2 cups
Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Orange peel twists for garnish


  1. In small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk, cinnamon stick, orange peel and cloves to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Strain mixture.
  2. In large bowl, combine milk mixture, vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk and TABASCO® Sauce. Gently fold in whipped cream. Cover and freeze until firm, stirring once.
  3. To serve, scoop ice cream into glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and orange peel twists, if desired.
