ALBUQUERQUE BEAN DIP

Ingredients Weight Measure
Onions, diced, sautéed 5 oz. 1 cup
Refried beans, canned 24 oz. 3 cups
Prepared barbecue sauce 2 oz. 1/4 cup
Prepared mayonnaise 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Combine onions, beans, barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and TABASCO® Sauce. Puree mixture in food processor until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.

Yield: 4 servings

Recommendations: Great for dipping chips, topping nachos or filling burritos.
